Here are two projects were as you will see had some
serious rust issues, the 70 convertible had bondo on lower 8-12" of both sides had been shaped and filled
with spray foam, both sides were removed all metal prepped and cleaned and new replacement panels welded in.

1963 sedan
this car was completely rotten on right side
heater channel,rear quarter,front quarter,
hinge, inside rear heater inlet area.had
been
sitting on flats for 15+ years, car mostly original
when
found.also replaced inside left frt heater
channel section.








sealer is on ready for final touch before paint goes on.


1970 CONVERTIBLE
SUPPORT RAILS,HEATER CHANNELS,REAR & FRT QUARTER SECTIONS,HINGE POST ARE ALL
ROTTEN.

in a past life filled with 1/2 inch of bondo

here is after sheet metal repairs, seam sealed,primed and undercoated,
next fitting and aligning doors.

smoothing panels out, doors are finally lined and fitted, getting
close to paint

here front of car was crushed in past life, filled with bondo,
here we are hand working sheet metal to help reduce the amount of filler needed to finish.
